This is a singles event that includes mind, body, heart and soul, alongside laughter and tenderness.

It can be tough to make real connections in our fast, busy, big city lives.

Work, pubs, clubs and the dating industry can feel like a market place.

So where and how do we find and meet each other in a different way?

Introducing MEETINGS WITHOUT MASKS.

Originally devised and offered by acclaimed relationship expert, Jan Day, this event has been specifically developed to provide a very different kind of experience for people who are looking for love and partnership. It has been running for over 10 years and the name predates the mask-wearing of the COVID-19 era.

In a gender-balanced group, we will explore how to meet each other more authentically. The day has been carefully structured to help this happen with fun, creative exercises to open and relax you. There will be conversation, dancing and play. The day will be facilitated by Nicola Foster, relationship therapist and long time student and assistant of Jan Day. It will be a safe, supportive space and be both professionally and compassionately delivered.

Whether you meet a soul mate or not, it is a great opportunity to enjoy, explore, laugh, expand and maybe risk, being a little (or a lot!) more open and human and alive.
