Taking a Couples Intensive with me is an opportunity to dive deep with a bespoke agenda just for your unique situation.
We'll quickly identify what the blocks are in your intimate relationship, learn how to make new agreements and practice with tools to improve your emotional and physical connection with each other.
Intensives take place in Somerset in a beautiful, peaceful room or online.

You'll complete some detailed questionnaires, ahead of time so that I arrive ready and prepared with interventions chosen and tailored just for you.
A Manual To Take Home
You will receive a folder with all the communication and intimacy exercises we do on the day - so that you can implement the learning and keep practising at home.
Flexibility
For couples with busy travel schedules or jobs with very different hours, an intensive is a great way to benefit from the support and skills of a couples therapist without the weekly commitment.
