Welcome! I'm Nicola Foster. I'm a professional Sex and Relationships Therapist and my passion is the power of intimacy to heal.

My deep wish is for women and men to create and enjoy intimate, healthy and fulfilling relationships - with each other AND with themselves.

My favourite aspect of my work is supporting new and long-term couples to discover how they can build or deepen intimacy and trust with each other. I teach the Wheel of Consent and the practices of mindfulness and slowing down sex. I’m passionate about intimacy because when we can connect with each other safely, we feel happier, more relaxed and more able to cope with life’s challenges and ups and downs.
